These Terms govern use of the Eternal Kids Art website and mobile application (“Service”). By creating a parent account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who may use the Service
- Accounts are for parents / legal guardians (or other adults authorised to manage the content).
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
- Optional Child mode on a device is a parental control feature; it does not create a separate child account.
2. The Service
We provide tools to store, organise, view and enhance digital copies of children’s artwork, plus related features (museum view, drawing studio, games, and, when available, shop / marketplace / wallet). Features may differ between web and mobile and may change over time.
3. Your content
- You retain rights in content you upload (drawings, text, photos of artworks).
- You grant us a licence to host, process and display that content as needed to run the Service.
- You must only upload content you are allowed to use and that does not violate law or third-party rights.
- Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing material. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- No reverse engineering, scraping at abusive scale, or security attacks.
- No impersonation or unauthorised access to other accounts.
- Messaging and public features (parent mode) must not be used to harass or exploit minors.
5. Payments & wallet
- Some features may involve paid products or a wallet balance. Prices and availability will be shown in the product flow.
- Demo or simulated top-ups (if present in development builds) have no cash value and are not offered as real payment products in public store builds.
- Real payment methods, when enabled, are processed by third-party providers under their terms.
- Refunds follow applicable law and the policy stated at purchase time.
6. Intellectual property
The Service branding, software and design are owned by Eternal Kids Art or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our software except as allowed by app store rules or written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Back up important artworks. AI / enhancement tools produce creative transformations; results vary.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data beyond restoring from our available backups when feasible. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.
9. Termination
You may close your account in the app (Profile) or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal risk.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app or email notice.
